　　记者日前从财政部、海南省财政厅和中免集团获悉：自2月1日起，海南离岛免税政策将再放宽，非岛内居民旅客取消购物次数限制，每人每年累计免税购物限额不超过16000元。同时，海南省内两家实体免税店将开设网购窗口。

　　现行规定是每人每次8000元的免税购物限额，其中非岛内居民旅客每人每年限购2次，岛内居民每人每年限购1次。政策调整后，非岛内居民旅客取消购物次数限制，每人每年累计免税购物限额不超过16000元。新政策更加灵活，更加方便游客享受免税购物政策。

　　现有两家实体免税店三亚海棠湾免税店和海口美兰机场免税店将开设网上销售窗口，离岛旅客可通过网上销售窗口免税购物，凭身份证件和登机牌在机场隔离区提货点提货并携带离岛。

　　2011年海南实施离岛免税政策以来，政策实施取得积极效果，但总体上与政策设计和旅客需求仍存在差距。游客普遍反映购物限额较低；免税店网点少，购物不方便等。截至目前，政策已进行过3次调整完善，效应明显，每一次政策调整都使免税销售额得到20%以上乃至数倍的增长。（李丽辉、王珂、丁汀、黄晓慧）
