　　本报北京4月21日电 记者张翼21日从海关总署获悉，4月20日是海南离岛免税购物政策实施4周年，也是新政策实施满一个月，海南离岛免税政策效应持续向好。据海口海关统计，政策调整一个月来，海关共监管离岛免税品56.92万件，14.5万人次购物，销售金额4.74亿元，较去年同比分别增长37.5%，29.5%和51.7%。

　　4年间，海关共监管三亚、海口两家免税店销售离岛免税品1744.92万件，购物人数467.49万人次，销售金额134.74亿元人民币。海南离岛免税经历了两次政策调整，通过提升消费额度、增加产品种类、放宽热销商品单次购买件数限制等，不断提升消费者购物体验。今年3月20日政策第二次调整后，离岛免税购物品种增加到38种。据统计，新政策首月，新增17大类商品共销9716件、销售金额197.88万元。
