海南 供电不“卡脖” 火了农家乐（农村电网改造）

　　本报海口1月11日电  （记者黄晓慧）元旦假期结束，海南省琼海市会山镇加脑村村民蒋昌军正忙着拾掇自家的民宿客房。加脑村是一个紧贴万泉河的偏远苗族小山村，近几年凭借独特的苗族风情和万泉河漂流，乡村旅游红红火火。然而，村里落后的电力设施却给发展拖了后腿。

　　“以前连煮饭用电都成问题。”蒋昌军说，客房满员时，有10多名游客用餐。“电供不上，一下子煮不出那么多人的饭”。

　　2016年，南方电网海南公司投入40万元改造加脑村的线路，电网容量扩了一倍。“电的问题解决了，我们就能放心大胆地开民宿了。”蒋昌军说。

　　近两年，海南累计投资17.5亿元用于农村电网建设。经过升级改造，海南省农村电网网架薄弱、供电“卡脖子”的局面得到有效改善，解决了早期农村电网的部分线路与设备老化、建设标准偏低问题。

　　海南的农网改造不仅助力乡村旅游的发展，还为扶贫攻坚提供用电保障。自2014年以来，南方电网海南公司开展电力行业扶贫，完成了620个台区低电压治理，近22万人直接受益，解决了近1万贫困人口的用电难题。
